Walkman NW-S750 – Sony presents a new series of media players

         

With a line of Walkman NW-A850, Sony announced in Japan yet, and a series of player Walkman NW-S750, the first information about which, we recall, has appeared recently.

The new family includes three models – NW-S756, NW-S755 and NW-S754, has 32, 16 and 8 GB of integrated memory, respectively. Two last player will be available in an expanded configuration comprising a portable docking station with speakers (see photo below). Called such a model NW-S755K and NW-S754K.

In the arsenal of players – a system to improve the quality of sound DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine), Clear Bass and Clear Stereo, noise-canceling headphones and FM-radio. Resolution of 2-inch TFT-display is 240 × 320 pixels (QVGA). Models can play music in MP3, WMA, ATRAC, ATRAC Advanced Lossless, and ACC, as well as play videos (MPEG-4, H.264/AVC, and WMV). The claimed battery life in music mode – as 50 hours. Video-series Walkman NW-S750 can play for 10 hours.

Cost of 32-gigabyte Sony Walkman NW-S756 is $ 235. Japanese sales of players will begin on October 9. On the timing of their appearance in other markets are not reported
