New Call of Duty gets downloadable add-on
Publisher Activision will release a downloadable addition to the shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops. Game’s producer, Dan Bunting (Dan Bunting) said this in an interview podcast Major Nelson.
Supplement called First Strike will consist of five cards for multiplayer Black Ops. Multiplayer games filled up arenas in Antarctica, Hong Kong and around the Berlin Wall and the American Hockey Stadium. Also, the new card will receive mode shooting zombies. Supplement will appear in the online service Xbox 360 console, the first of February 2011. Its cost of 1200 Microsoft Points.
Released First Strike on other platforms is not specified, but we know that they add will be released later. In summer 2010, Microsoft and Activision have concluded an agreement under which over the next three years, downloadable add-ons to a game series Call of Duty will appear first on the Xbox 360.
Release shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops took place on 9 November 2010. The game exists in versions for platforms PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and DS. Revenues from sales of games for the first five days was $ 650 million. During the first month of sales in the U.S. Black Ops dispersed in an amount 8.4 million copies and became, thus, the seventh best-selling game in this country. Exit the next, the eighth part of the Call of Duty planned for the second half of 2011.
