The Game Mafia II will be banned?

         

MEP Sonia Alfano (Sonia Alfano) demanded that prohibit the sale of second part of the Mafia, as well as other games about gangsters. According to Bloomberg, she sent a proposal to the European Commission.

Sonia Alfano led the association to families of victims of the Mafia in Italy, her father – a Sicilian journalist – was killed by gangsters in 1993. Alfano argues that video games like Mafia II allow people to feel like a brutal killers. According to her, it is “monstrous” to those who personally experienced cruelty.

Third-person action game Mafia II released on Aug. 27, 2010 on personal computers, as well as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game takes place in the U.S. of the fifties of last century. In Mafia II describes the career of a man named Vito Scaletta in ethnic criminal group.

The game was appreciated by the critics. Mafia II was added to the gamer edition of Guinness World Records in 2011 as a game with the highest frequency of use of the word “fuck”. Game characters utter the word 397 times.
