British chart headed shooter Dead Space 2

         

Horror third-person shooter Dead Space 2 became the best selling game in the UK last week, according to a monitoring company GFK Chart-Track.

The project, Developed by Visceral Games, came out on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on January 25 in the New and the 28-th – in the Old World. Thus, only three days, the game needed to remove from the top of the charts PS3-platformer LittleBigPlanet 2. Last week, the last one, as you may remember, went to the King …

And now – alas, the second one. LittleBigPlanet 2 sales have fallen by as much as 48%. Incidentally, this is the only game in the top five, whose implementation has decreased. For example, a football simulation FIFA 11, in third place, things have improved by 21%, and settled for fourth place Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood added 18%. Finally, the shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops, trailing five honorable, bought 11% better. Why would it?

Returning to the Dead Space 2, we note that the game started more fun of the original project. The first part, released in 2008, at the premiere week was only the sixth, and its sales were 70% worse than the sequel.
