RIM will release BlackBerry PlayBook 2

         

Research In Motion has not released a version of a business tablet BlackBerry PlayBook 4G, as it became known that the second generation devices already in development. In early May it was reported that by the end of the year will “pill ” with a 10-inch screen, but since then talks about it subsided.

Site BlackBerry News 4 has learned that the company is actually working on BlackBerry PlayBook 2. The new tablet, and in fact will have a 10-inch screen with higher resolution. The computer will be presented in black and white, and the frame around the screen will be thinner.

BlackBerry PlayBook 2 will not be released to the 3G-version – only 4G/Wi-Fi. Along with the release of second-generation tablet will be a new version of the operating system QNX, which will be presented to traditional applications for BlackBerry. Exit PlayBook 2, most likely, now scheduled for the Holiday Season. Probably, PlayBook 2 will be aimed at mainstream users.

Output of the first generation PlayBook can not be called successful. In addition to a number of negative reviews from critics, RIM had to withdraw about 1000 planshetnikov because of problems with the operating system.
