Medal of Honor and Need for Speed 13 will be released before the end of the year
Representatives of the British retailer GAME have given publishers Electronic Arts plans to release in 2012, continued shooter Medal of Honor and racing project Need for Speed 13, reports Eurogamer.
January 12 at GAME Twitter there was a record that both games were mentioned in a closed presentation of EA. Later post has been removed, but it had seen representatives of the relevant media.
The sequel shooter Medal of Honor was announced in February 2011 and in October leaflet was found in the game boxes with Battlefield 3. However, the release dates of games Electronic Arts, until recently, did not specify. Medal of Honor 2 develops studio Danger Close, and created the first part of the game.
Continued Need for Speed have been announced yet, but it was assumed that in 2012 will be released next project in this series. Electronic Arts released racing games related to NFS, annually. Remains to be seen only as to which studio is developing a new part, but experts agree that this Criterion, has created a Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. This game, released in 2010, became the most popular in the whole series of NFS.
In 2011, Electronic Arts has released Need for Speed: The Run, Developed by EA Black Box. However, this game has received mixed reviews (a user-rating games on Metacritic score of 5.6 out of 10).
The first part of the Medal of Honor went on sale in 2010. The game is a restart of the original series of shooters MoH, published since 1999. However, the new game events occur not during the Second World War, and in 2001 in Afghanistan. The fact that the Medal of Honor and received mixed reviews, but its release was associated with the scandal (the game was criticized because of the fact that in multiplayer you can fight not only for the U.S. Army, but also for the Taliban) did not prevent the circulation of the draft to disperse in more than five million copies.
